COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

If you believe material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing:

  1. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Hagegame has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Hagegame features browser games that may be sourced from third-party developers and platforms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all games featured on our Service are either open-source, freely distributed with creator consent, or licensed for non-commercial use. If you believe a game on our Service infringes your copyright, please follow the DMCA notice procedure above.
